Reunion-ing
Short and sweet today, my friends. SO much good stuff going on around here right now, I barely have time to breathe. Isn’t it funny how when you let go of negativity, the positivity can find you so much more easily? Anyhow. One of these good things is that I’m in the middle of is celebrating The Loose Moose Theatre’s 35th Anniversary – two weeks of shows and events involving alumni and current company members. It’s been simply amazing to reconnect with SO many wonderful and talented people. Here are a few of my favourite images from the Theatresports show last Friday night. If you’re in Calgary, why not come on down and check out the incredible talent and guaranteed hilarity. Shows happening Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week! See y’all there!
Dennis Cahill and Derek Flores in a WWI scene.
Lindsay Mullan, Josh Bertwistle, and Shannon Xenis in an endowments scene.
Terra Hazelton, Tomko Lamb, and Derek Flores illustrating the demise of a marriage.
Dave Ware MC-ing the first half.
Peter Oldring and Roman Danylo having a relationship tiff at work.
Tomko Lamb, Dennis Cahill, and Derek Flores conducting a prison break scene – from within the confines of a frame!
Artistic Director Dennis Cahill and Manager Deborah Iozzi, who have kept the theatre going for all these years.
I am honoured to be a part of this truly amazing family.
