August Break 2012 – Day 13 Bozeman
And finally, back to our trip photos. I swear, they’re almost done. 😉
The morning after the wedding, the boys went off for a swim, so I grabbed my sister and we went for a walk’n’talk down Main street.
There was some sort of basketball tournament going on in the middle of the road, and the stores were still closed, but I admired the whole “small town charm” thing.
And, of course, hanging out with my wonderful sister!!!
After Main street, we got in the car and I took her to S. Willson to show her the cool houses I’d seen the other day.
They are just so darn cute!!!
Even the school was adorable!
Back to the hotel for lunch and some naps (we were all pretty tired), and then we stole her again for dinner.
We all went to Montana Ale Works for supper.
Not only were the meals and bevies absolutely delicious…
… but the space itself was fun (and retro) to look around too.
Except if you are three. Then, your Auntie is much more interesting. Monkeyboy Junior Jr. insisted on taking some photos with my new camera, so I let him – with a little assistance, of course. The apple didn’t fall far… hurrah!
Man, I love my sister… =)
And so do the Monkeyboys… <3
After dinner, we walked a bit, then got in the car and found a park.
Which conveniently had a little creek running by it.
Not the most flattering photo… but did I mention how much I love my sister??? 😉
The playground itself had some really cool equipment…
I mean COOL!
As well as your traditional stuff.
“I Superman!”
And, naturally, some very outdoorsy teens.
Being who we are, we couldn’t help but goof around with the fish fountain.
Silly, us…
What a gorgeous, functional piece of art – my favourite kind!
Yet another nice sculpture – I love that Bozeman had lots of art.
And then, quite sadly, it was time to go…
