So. I’m heading to California in a few hours, but I really wanted to post something before I left…

Sadly, of the three projects I am currently working on, *none* of them got finished in time. I can’t seem to get the ruffle right on my sweater, the Model Magic doll that I made at our last craft night is mostly painted, but remains faceless and hairless, and I just didn’t get around to embellishing my camera strap in time for my trip…

A trip for which I made some kickass onesies as a gift – but you’ll have to wait until I actually present them before seeing those. 😉 And a trip for which I bit the bullet and purchased a bright and shiny new Canon 60D + 17-55/f2.8 lens!!! Sadly, I’ve been so busy getting ready for the trip, I haven’t actually had time to play with my new set up!!!

So. Here are some pretty photos of spring blossoms that caught my eye whilst I was driving down the alley the other day. Taken with my good-ol’ spy cam, and edited in Pilxr-o-matic. Golly, I love spring! Anyhow. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend – I know I will. =)
